Our volunteers provide their time and energy freely, and pay their own travel costs to search sites and training events. We rely entirely on donations to fund our equipment, from the specially fitted-out vehicles to the whistle issued to a searcher.
No matter how many resources the police can deploy on a search, there is always going to be a need for more trained searchers to help. That is where we, and Sussex’s other volunteer search organisations, come in.
All donations are welcome, no matter how small, from individuals, groups and businesses. Your donation will fund additional and replacement equipment, maintenance and running costs. Without your generosity, our effectiveness and efficiency in finding missing loved ones and vulnerable people declines rapidly.

Practical Help
Whether an individual, business or other organisation, there are many ways you could perhaps offer practical help to us. Our response vehicle needs services and MoT tests, insurance, fuel, insurance. Printed material, banners and other promotional items are needed for events where we have a stand. We use radios to communicate on searches and other equipment that needs maintenance and replacement.
